Eli Lilly Cork is seeking a leader for the Clinical PK/PD Operations Team to drive end-to-end data operationalization from protocol to insight. You will manage day-to-day operations, guide strategic maturity, and partner with global PK/PD/PMx leadership to advance Model-Informed Drug Development across Lilly's portfolio.

The role requires MSc or PharmD with 5+ years in pharma, strong PK/PD knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires MSc in a relevant scientific field or PharmD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid understanding of PK/PD and pharmacometrics principles.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/related sector; leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clinical PKPD Operations team, mentor members, and drive career development.
• Oversee deliverables, ensure on-time, compliant work per GCP and SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: clinical development, bioanalytical, data management, regulatory affairs.
• Identify automation opportunities and standardize processes to scale operations.
• Lead portfolio-level initiatives aligned with department priorities.
