Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist (Product Management – AI) to drive strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered products. You will work on intelligent agentic solutions, translating data and AI/ML capabilities into scalable customer experiences.

You’ll collaborate with senior product leaders, engineering, design, and data science teams, supporting lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery across distributed teams globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product development, or a technology-focused role.
• Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to translate requirements into execution-ready deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in digitally delivering technology solutions with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of one or more product features within AI-powered solutions, aligned to the broader product roadmap.
• Translate product requirements into EPICs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data teams.
• Support the development of LLM-powered and agentic AI features, including conversational experiences and workflow automation.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to execute on roadmap commitments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate on product discovery activities, including user research, hypothesis validation, and experimentation.
• Support the product development process, helping to manage scope, priorities, and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
