Job summary

Forcepoint in Ireland is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead DSPM and AI Security product line from discovery to market adoption. You will partner with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to shape roadmap and drive execution in a fast-paced, security‑focused environment.

You will translate complex security challenges into measurable initiatives, own detailed PRDs and user stories, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B/enterprise software with ownership of product areas.
• Hands-on domain expertise in data security and cloud security products.
• Proven track record owning a product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into measurable security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own parts of the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for DSPM and AI Security.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to inform positioning and feature prioritization.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product initiatives.
• Drive data-driven prioritization using telemetry, win/loss analysis, and usage analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering on data discovery, classification, APIs, and remediation workflows.
• Author PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
