Beyond project delivery, you'll influence the development of our technical capability, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture built on safety, collaboration, and innovation.

Working alongside more than 70 contamination specialists across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, you'll help deliver solutions that make a real difference for our clients, communities, and the environment.

We're committed to creating an environment where talented people can thrive.

  • The chance to mentor others and help shape the future of our technical services
  • A strong safety-first culture through our Beyond Zero values and Culture of Caring

In this role, you'll lead and contribute to geo-environmental projects across all stages of contamination assessment and remediation.

You'll
  • Deliver and oversee Phase 1 desk studies, Phase 2 site investigations, interpretive assessments, and remediation projects
  • Develop land quality and remediation strategies for multidisciplinary projects
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports for clients, regulators, and planning authorities
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to colleagues
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet environmental, planning, and regulatory requirements
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments, including emerging contaminants and evolving best practice
  • Champion safe delivery and promote a positive safety culture across projects

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week. We encourage our team members to spend at least 50% of their working time in an office or on site to support collaboration, learning, and client delivery.
