AllSite Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Engineer/Team Lead to join our expanding Water & Utilities engineering team in Ireland. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, and liaise with key stakeholders across the sector.

This senior role focuses on technical leadership, project delivery, and mentoring engineers while ensuring compliance with Uisce Éireann standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' engineering experience in water/wastewater sector.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build infrastructure projects.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MIEI) or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of water, wastewater and utilities infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Structural and MEICA).
• Oversee projects from concept and detailed design through construction and completion.
• Provide technical leadership across water networks, wastewater systems, pumping stations, reservoirs and treatment infrastructure.

Currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer / Team Lead to join an expanding Water & Utilities engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer to take on a senior leadership role, delivering significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee technical design and project delivery, and work closely with key stakeholders, including Uisce Éireann, local authorities, consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of water, wastewater and utilities infrastructure projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Civil, Structural and MEICA specialists.
• Oversee projects from concept and detailed design through construction and completion.
• Provide technical leadership across water distribution networks, wastewater systems, pumping stations, reservoirs and treatment infrastructure.
• Manage project programmes, resources, design quality and client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high technical and delivery standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years' engineering experience, with a strong background in the Irish water and wastewater sector.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build infrastructure projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Uisce Éireann standards, specifications and approval processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex engineering projects.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong technical design, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and relevant hydraulic modelling or drainage design software.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MIEI), or progress towards chartership, would be a distinct advantage.
