Job description

Civil Engineer (Water) with 10-15 years’ experience

required to join a leading Irish engineering consultancy in either their Dublin, Limerick, Cork or Galway office. This consultancy has a well-established reputation for delivering premier engineering services to both public and private sector clients. This consultancy’s project portfolio includes retail, commercial, industrial projects. The successful Senior Water Engineer will be responsible for the design and management of building projects.

• €135M shopping centre upgrade
• €127M plant development
• €58M development of Grade A office space
• €40M office development
• €36M retail area extension

Requirements

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in water engineering
• Must have achieved Chartered Status with Engineers Ireland
• Must have experience in a wide variety of Water Services Projects including
• Network Design
• Pumping Stations
• Wastewater Treatment PlantsRising Mains
• Fire Protection Projects
• Experience in flood risk management, fluvial hydraulic modelling or hydrology would be an advantage.
• Current experience of leading, managing and running, Civil engineering design projects, preferably in the consultancy sector.
