Job summary

AllSite Staffing in Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Engineer / Team Lead to join our Water & Utilities engineering team in Galway/Mayo, hybrid work. The role covers major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland, with responsibility for technical leadership from concept through construction.

Irish water-sector experience is essential; strong knowledge of Uisce Éireann standards and approval processes, along with MEICA coordination, are required to deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

8+ years' engineering experience on Irish water, wastewater or utilities projects
Strong Design-Build project delivery experience
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland, or progress towards chartership, would be highly advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage design quality, programme, resources and client relationships.
Review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications and reports.
Provide construction-stage technical support and mentor junior engineers.
Work directly with clients, contractors, Uisce Éireann and local authorities
