Job summary

Archer is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own the Platform Engineering roadmap across AWS and Kubernetes, leading DevOps, cloud platforms, data operations, and AI/ML Ops. You will drive engineering transformation through automation and cloud innovation at scale.

Reporting to the Head of Platform Enablement, you’ll shape the enterprise developer platform strategy, drive modernization initiatives, and mentor teams to build secure, scalable software for global operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture or Infra Engineering.
• Strong expertise across AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Experienced defining technical roadmaps and leading platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps, cloud platforms, data operations, and AI/ML Ops.
