Job summary

Archer is seeking a DevOps Architect Lead–Platform Strategy & Data Operations to own the enterprise DevOps and Platform Engineering roadmap and to champion modernization of cloud infrastructure, automation, and data operations on a global scale.

You will partner with Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data leadership to set standards, advance AI/ML Ops capabilities, and drive scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that empower developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise across AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise DevOps architecture and platform engineering.
• Lead large-scale platform transformation across cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and developer tooling.
• Define architectural direction across cloud-native technologies and AI/ML operations.
• Drive platform modernization and champion governance, automation, and self-service platforms.
