CaSE invites a senior civil design engineer to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across Ireland, the UK and internationally. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and chartership in progress or achieved.
• Significant experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in Ireland, the UK and internationally.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects from feasibility through to detailed design.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and technical delivery.
• Act as a technical lead and reviewer for design outputs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development, bids and proposals.
• Mentor and develop graduate and intermediate engineers.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across the wider business.
• Provide practical, buildable design solutions that consider constructability and delivery outcomes.
• Help grow CaSE's civil engineering capability throughout Ireland.

As our Irish business continues to grow, we're looking for a Principal Civil Design Engineer to help lead project delivery, support clients and play a key role in building the team.

The Role

This is a senior technical and leadership position within our Ireland operation.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects while helping grow our design capability across Ireland and the wider business. You’ll work closely with colleagues throughout Ireland, the UK and Australia, with opportunities to contribute to international projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil design projects from feasibility through to detailed design.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and technical delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership.

• Strong technical capability across roads, drainage, utilities, active travel, highways or general infrastructure design.
• Experience leading design teams and managing client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
