Job summary

The role requires leading cross-functional teams across algorithm, embedded software, and hardware, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions for automotive electrification applications.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent deep expertise). 12+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in algorithm development and system/software architecture for complex products.
• Experience translating algorithms into production or embedded software environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end architecture for battery insights algorithms and production software.
• Lead development of advanced battery algorithms with signal processing, AI/ML, and modeling.
• Translate concepts into production-ready embedded software for real-time systems.
