Mastercard is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to accelerate consulting transformation through AI and technology. You will design a scalable AI Platform, drive AI enablement, and partner with product, data, and engineering leaders to unify technology for the future of Consulting.

The role involves enabling agent orchestration, expanding AI capabilities, and distributing reusable best practices across thousands of advisors and consultants while aligning with Mastercard standards.

Qualifications

Experience building distributed, production-grade software systems.
Strong understanding of GenAI, orchestration patterns, and AI delivery at scale.
Proven ability to design reusable AI platforms and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Design scalable AI platform architecture for consulting programs.
Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation with stakeholders.
Drive migration to future-state architecture and ensure security and reliability.
Collaborate across product, data, AI, and engineering to enable AI productivity.
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
