Vertiv is hiring a Press Brake Operator in Letterkenny, Ireland. The role involves setting up and operating press brake machines, reading engineering drawings, selecting tooling, and ensuring precision and quality in produced parts.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings, job cards, and production schedules.
• Selecting and loading appropriate tooling and materials.
• Preparing, setting, and adjusting machines to meet job specifications.
• Measuring, aligning, and securing materials for accurate bending.
• Carrying out first-off and in-process quality checks.
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
• Working closely with fabrication and production teams to meet targets.
