Phoenix Childcare in Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to lead a busy preschool and afterschool room with support from the manager. You will plan, deliver, and assess age-appropriate activities, fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education, strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of Aistear and Siolta. Benefits include 21 days annual leave and uniform provided.

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively about children’s development and well-being.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, health, and safety are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with the early years team to continually improve the quality of provision and ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
