SyBridge Technologies in Galway, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Mould Fitter to join our manufacturing and tooling team. The role focuses on fitting, assembling, maintaining and modifying injection moulds to ensure production readiness.

The successful candidate will have hands-on mould fitting experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with Toolmakers, Engineers, Production, and Quality teams. This is an onsite role in Galway.

Qualificações

• Experience as mould fitter or toolmaker in injection moulding.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience maintaining and repairing moulds.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Fit, assemble, disassemble, and modify injection moulds to drawings and specs.
• Carry out mould maintenance, repairs, adjustments and refurbishment.
• Inspect mould components for dimensions, alignment and fit.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment safely.
• Identify and troubleshoot mould-related issues and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Toolmakers and Engineering on mould mods.
• Prepare moulds for production meeting quality and performance standards.
• Support mould trials and production troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs and modifications.
• Comply with quality, safety and production procedures.
