Job summary

BALCRETE LTD. in Ireland seeks an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the precast yard and coordinate production staff. You will plan production schedules based on orders, lead times and available resources, and supervise concrete batching, pouring, finishing and demoulding to meet quality targets.

You will liaise with management on production, staff and machinery to ensure orders are met while maintaining safety and efficiency across the yard.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of precast yard operations.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
