We’re growing and looking for a culturally curious, highly organised and strategically minded Account Manager who loves the craft of earned storytelling and creative thinking.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Level: Account Manager (3+ years’ PR experience)
Team: PR & Advocacy
About Thinkhouse:
Thinkhouse is one of the world’s leading independent agencies and a B Corp certified company. Our PRA (Public Relations and Advocacy) team is growing and we’re on the hunt for exciting new talent to join us in the next stage of our growth journey.
The Opportunity:
We’re growing and looking for a culturally curious, highly organised and strategically minded Account Manager who loves the craft of earned storytelling and creative thinking.
One day you’ll be shaping a bold campaign idea that cuts through the noise; the next, you’ll be managing diverse client projects, ensuring every moving part runs smoothly and with impact. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, a confident project leader and a champion of ideas that make people talk.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving and are obsessed with ideas that drive real-world attention, this is your role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead earned-first PR campaigns from concept to delivery - newsroom planning, story-mining, press materials, sell-ins, media days, coverage analysis.
- Ideate culturally resonant ideas that earn attention across media, social and real life - and bring them to life through events, creative content and storytelling.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in creator marketing with a strong understanding of the creator marketplace, platform dynamics, talent positioning, commercial models and cultural relevance, to deliver exceptional, insight-led creator campaigns that drive meaningful brand impact.
- Own day-to-day client relationships: run WIPs, manage timelines and budgets, lead feedback loops, and maintain trust through clear, proactive communication with Thinkhouse clients.
- Project manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - ensuring creative excellence, seamless delivery and measurable impact.
- Offer strategic counsel to clients and internal teams, connecting cultural trends and brand purpose to impactful communications opportunities.
- Seek innovation, you’re naturally curious about new tools and tech (especially AI) and know how to use them to supercharge ideation, streamline processes, and work smarter.
- Ideate and deliver innovative creator collaborations: from identifying the best creators for our clients, to coordinating a campaign from negotiation to content posting.
- Spot and activate reactive moments - from cultural happenings to breaking news - with judgment, creativity, and brand sensitivity.
- Measure and optimise performance: set KPIs, analyse results, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a high standard of craft and curiosity across the team.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 3+ years’ experience in PR (agency or in-house), delivering earned-first campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the Irish media (traditional and social) landscape - across news, lifestyle, entertainment, food & drink, health, culture, business and marketing.
- A proven track record in developing and executing big ideas that earn attention cross platform.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills: from press releases and pitches to client comms and strategic decks.
- Confident client leadership: be able to lead meetings, manage expectations, and offer strategic advice with authority.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- An instinct for culture - tuned into trends, conversations, and communities that shape how people think and behave.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work for a BCorp and SDG Champion.
- The chance with some of Ireland’s most loved brands across the FMCG, culture, health and purpose sectors.
- The buzz of joining a high-performing, culture-obsessed, dynamic team and a wider full service agency of creatives, creators and social experts.
- Competitive salary and benefits, with ongoing learning opportunities.
