Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise ticketing and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• High attention to detail in data handling and ticket documentation.

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Ticketing: Manage intake, troubleshooting, and resolution of user issues within SLAs.
• Reporting & Data Manipulation: Extract, clean, and manipulate data using Power BI to build dashboards.
• Workflow Automation: Build Power Automate flows to streamline routine tasks and data handoffs.
• Platform Operations: Monitor health, configurations, and data integrity with cross-functional teams.
