Power Platform Architect, Senior Manager, Data & AI, Ireland

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Power Platform Architect, you will design and lead the delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions – including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse – to enable digital transformation, automation, and custom application development for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of end‑to‑end Microsoft Power Platform solutions for clients across multiple industries.
• Ensure the successful delivery of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust, innovative solutions.
• Guide and empower teams in best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and adoption.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third‑party systems.
• Promote the use of automation and low‑code/no‑code technologies to drive business process improvement.
• Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with IT personnel, executives, and user communities.
• Continuously grow your skills and support your team’s development with the support of the wider PwC network.
• Apply best practices and patterns from the Power Platform adoption maturity model to ensure customer requirements are met across all domains of a project.

Experiences and skills

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions for enterprise clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration patterns with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third‑party systems.
• Experience with data modelling, governance, and security within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Ability to communicate effectively and co‑create an understanding of architectural decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in agile, cross‑functional environments.
