Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Power Platform development experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience applying ALM, Git source control and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and developers in regulated client environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrating with APIs.
• C# plugin development to extend Power Platform.
• JavaScript or TypeScript for model-driven apps.
• SQL Server design and T‑SQL queries.
• Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID integrations.
• Knowledge of AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• PL-400 or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Migrate existing applications to the Power Platform starting with lower-risk solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, governed Power Platform solutions.
• Manage full solution lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment and post-release support.
• Implement releases using Azure DevOps pipelines, Power Platform ALM and Git-based source control.
• Develop integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and external applications.
• Create and maintain connectors and C# plugins to extend functionality.
• Develop JavaScript/TypeScript components for model-driven apps.
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases to support data needs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions ensuring maintainability, scalability, security and governance.
• Participate in testing and document processes clearly.
