Responsibilities

- Build and manage integrations across the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, APIs and external applications.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems.
- Create and maintain C# plugins to extend and customise Power Platform and Dataverse functionality where required.
- Develop JavaScript or TypeScript components for model-driven applications to enhance user experience and business logic.
- Design and optimise SQL Server databases, including T-SQL queries and stored procedures, to support application data requirements.
- Contribute to solution architecture decisions to ensure maintainability, scalability, security and compliance with governance standards.
- Participate actively in functional and technical testing to ensure solutions are robust, reliable and meet acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation covering design, configuration, integrations, testing and deployment processes.
- Apply security and governance best practices across all Power Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with regulated environment standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders from business teams, technology teams and other partners to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
- Communicate technical decisions and solution approaches clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production environments, providing timely support and root cause analysis.
- Use AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Work independently and take ownership of deliverables, ensuring work is delivered on time and to agreed quality standards within a regulated environment.
- Approximately four to five years of relevant Microsoft Power Platform development experience at an intermediate level.
- Proven hands‑on experience delivering solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Demonstrated experience applying Power Platform ALM, Git source control and Azure DevOps pipelines to manage releases across development, testing and production environments.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including maintainability, scalability, testing, deployment, security and governance.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers and technical teams to manage requirements and dependencies.
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of deliverables within a regulated client environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail when designing, building and supporting solutions.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and solution options clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience developing custom connectors and integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs and external applications.
- C# plugin development experience to extend Power Platform and Dataverse functionality.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript development for model-driven applications.
- Experience with SQL Server, including database design, T‑SQL queries and stored procedures.

- Relevant Microsoft certification, such as PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, or equivalent.
