Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Power Platform Tech Lead in Ireland to steer delivery of low-code enterprise apps built on Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring a multidisciplinary team and setting secure, accessible, maintainable standards.

You'll own architecture calls, drive automated deployment pipelines, and ensure governance, security and platform compliance while collaborating with architects, product

Qualifications

• Extensive Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript or TypeScript, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps or GitHub, automated deployment and agile DevSecOps.
• Proven technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build model-driven and canvas applications, Dataverse solutions, cloud flows and approved integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates and development tasks.
• Create reusable components, custom connectors, plug-ins or PCF controls where standard capabilities are insufficient.
• Lead code reviews, testing, debugging, performance optimisation and resolution of technical roadblocks.
• Own the architecture calls on your solutions — design assurance, technical risk, and keeping things aligned to enterprise standards.
• Implement managed solutions, automated deployment pipelines, and apply security, DLP, accessibility, supportability and platform‑governance standards.
• Mentor developers and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with architects, product owners and analysts to get things over the line.
