Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a Monaghan-based scaling Irish business to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. You will drive group reporting, external financial statements, and board-level insights across multiple entities, reporting to the Group Finance Director.

The role emphasizes end-to-end month-end close, KPI analysis, automated reporting via Power BI/Power Query, and ongoing improvement of financial processes and controls, including data consolidation and governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA.
• At least 5 years’ experience in audit, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of month end close processes.
• In depth analysis and reporting of KPI’s vs forecast.
• Development of automated reporting using Power BI and Power Query.
• Develop financial processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Consolidate data from finance and operational systems for consistent reporting.
• Management and oversight of the finance team.
• Preparation of financial statements and support for external audit.
• Implementing and upholding internal controls and governance.
