Job summary

Munster Technological University invites applications for a Post Doctoral Researcher within the Datasphere4Trust project at MTU Cork Campus. The fixed-term, 24-month appointment focuses on distributed policy management, data protection, and trust in federated data spaces.

You will work with the Nimbus group, publish in high-impact venues, mentor junior researchers, and collaborate with industry partners and policymakers.

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD in a relevant discipline at the contract start date.
• Relevant research experience.
• Self-starter who is comfortable with working independently.
• Demonstrable research skills, proposal and report writing.
• Fluency in English and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a programme of research under the guidance of PI/PL.
