QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Post-Silicon Power and Performance Engineer focused on CPUs within a high-performance SoC environment. You will define validation plans, run power and performance analyses, and collaborate across design, architecture, and software teams to ensure silicon meets stringent requirements.

The role demands deep CPU architecture knowledge, suite benchmarking, and hands-on tuning to optimize workloads, power, and performance on first silicon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 4+ years in ASIC/post-silicon performance and power analysis.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of ASIC/SoC experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of ASIC design/validation experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end performance and power analysis plans for CPU subsystems.
• Debug issues across pre-silicon to production phases of SOC programs.
• Develop optimization strategies to deliver top-tier CPU performance.
