Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, placement, or scheme delivery.
• Experience in market engagement, presentation, and high impact document delivery.
• Experience in analysing datasets to assess profitability, scalability, viability, and scope.
• Delivery of portfolio solutions across lifecycle from start-up to benefits realization.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory environment.
• CIP Qualified.
• Educated to degree standard (desirable).
• Consultative and collaborative working style.
• Highly organised with strong planning and time management.
• Analytical and able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and define portfolio and scheme strategy, scope, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Deliver assigned projects and contribute to other initiatives as required.
• Support the wider business strategy with expertise and advice.
• Grow new business by executing placement strategies and maintaining insurer relationships.
• Provide support to teammates to achieve positive results and align with strategy.
• Ensure close strategic alignment between insurer partners and the business.
• Provide management information to senior management as required.
• Create practices, tools, and processes for portfolio/scheme management and governance.
• Identify risks and mitigate accordingly.
• Maintain comprehensive portfolio and scheme documentation (PIDs, KPIs, etc.).
• Measure performance using systems and tools; report against KPIs.
