Job summary

Doyle Shipping Group in Rosslare, Co. Wexford, is seeking a Traffic Management Operative to join our facilities management team at Rosslare Port.

This role involves coordinating vehicle flow and ensuring safety as part of a 24/7 operation; hours may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends. You will receive and check trucks, guide motorists using hand signals or flashlights, and help maintain secure, timely processes in line with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential for shifts outside public transport.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check trucks and vehicles on site.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces.
• Ensure safety of road users and pedestrians on the compound.
• Carry out duties safely and in line with health and safety guidelines.
