Zusammenfassung

NeoDyne is seeking a MES Engineer (POMSnet) to maintain the POMSnet MES, author recipes and worksheets, and troubleshoot MES issues on manufacturing sites. Based at the Cork office, this full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package within a dynamic automation environment.

You will collaborate with teams across energy, life sciences, and food & beverage sectors, implement phase transition logic in C# / VB Script, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring cGMP

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience working with validated Automation systems in GMP environments.
• Third level qualification in manufacturing, engineering or business.
• At least 2 years' recipe authoring experience, preferably using POMSnet.
• Familiar with MES application/configuration rules and interfacing (preferably POMSnet).
• Database design/development in SQL Server and Oracle.
• UX design/development in Angular, C#, Javascript, ASP.Net Core.
• PLC/HMI/SCADA experience desirable: Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.

Aufgaben

• Manage and deliver MES/automation projects at customer sites.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional and detailed design.
• Design, author, update MES recipes/worksheets and related specs.
• Write, test and validate protocols, risk assessments and docs.
• Provide MES training and system access to site personnel.
• Support MES users across Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation and Facilities.
• Participate in NPI projects with MES/hardware considerations.
• Document activities per cGMP requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, safety and production systems.
