Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of care and early years education for all children.
• Communicate with parents (AM/PM) about their child’s progress and needs.
• Maintain developments and learning records; assist keyworkers with journals.
• Support planning meetings to deliver rich, stimulating activities aligned with Síolta and Aistear.
• Supervise playroom staff and promote safeguarding policies and inclusion.
• Promote health, safety and cleanliness in the playroom and report concerns.
