Job summary

EcoOnline is seeking a Product Owner – Platform to shape and deliver the EcoOne shared services suite, including identity, hierarchies, the design system, data/analytics foundations and an AI platform service.

You will work with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture to turn roadmaps into high-quality software, delivering measurable value from day one across EcoOne customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products.
• Ability to understand and communicate AI/LLM concepts and their impact on product delivery.
• Experience with defining acceptance criteria and writing clear specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap initiatives into clear, deliverable product solutions, epics, features and user stories.
• Own day-to-day product delivery, ensuring engineering teams have clarity and direction.
• Keep backlogs healthy and prioritised, balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• Use AI tools to accelerate specification writing, backlog grooming and data analysis.
• Contribute to solution design with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture.
• Coordinate release readiness, ensuring documentation and support plans are in place.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure measurable post-release capabilities.
