Job summary

EcoOnline is seeking a Product Owner – Platform to shape and deliver the shared services that power the EcoOne suite, including identity, hierarchies, our design system, data and analytics foundations, and a dedicated AI platform service.

You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture to translate roadmaps into high‑quality, measurable software deliverables that scale across customers from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products.
• Fast-moving, curious and commercially aware mindset with ability to understand the “why” behind decisions.
• Confident daily use of AI tools to write specs, groom backlogs, analyse data and improve delivery speed and quality.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, data models and system architecture with engineering teams.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams with competing priorities.
• Experience with AI-built or AI-designed product features and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap initiatives into clear, deliverable product solutions, epics, features and user stories.
• Own day-to-day product delivery with clear direction and timely decisions for engineering teams.
• Keep backlogs healthy and prioritised, balancing customer needs, support issues and delivery goals.
• Use AI tools to accelerate specification writing, backlog grooming, data analysis and QA acceptance.
• Contribute to solution design with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture.
• Manage scope, protect objectives and timelines, and escalate significant changes when needed.
• Coordinate release readiness with documentation, release notes and support plans.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing to ensure post-release measurability.
