Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Exposure to programming, scripting, automation, cloud technologies, or data systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design, development, testing, deployment, operation and support of shared engineering platforms and services.
- Build reusable automation, tools, documentation and runbooks to improve developer productivity.
- Support software delivery, infrastructure, data, security and engineering enablement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve systems, services and workflows.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, security specialists, data professionals and infrastructure teams.
