• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines.

Position Summary

The Plastic Fabricator plays a key role within the fabrication team. This position is responsible for performing fabrication tasks and with plastic materials and components. The role involves hands‑on work such as routing, deburring, cutting work within a manufacturing and fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish plastic components according to technical drawings and specifications
• Operate hand tools, routers, and workshop machinery with accuracy and safety
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape plastic materials to required standards
• Assist with the production of bespoke and repeat‑order items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and project deadlines
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and ensure all work meets company quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong practical knowledge in the use of hand tools and routers (essential)
• Previous experience in plastic fabrication, joinery, or cabinet making is a strong advantage
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with precision
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
