Job summary

CBM MUNSTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED requires plasterers for Rossestown, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, to perform residential plastering tasks on-site and read construction drawings.

You will work with hand and power tools, follow safety rules, and contribute to timely, high-quality workmanship. The salary range starts from €36,605 (€18.05/hr) to €52,000 per year, with potential increases for additional hours and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a qualified Plasterer with a strong background in residential construction.
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and building regulations.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with window and door installations; use hand tools, power tools and equipment safely.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, materials and equipment.
• Load, unload, move and organise construction materials.
• Assist with demolition and preparation works.
• Follow construction drawings, specifications and supervisors' instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment; follow health and safety procedures.
• Identify and report hazards, defects or issues to site management.
• Work effectively as part of a wider team; complete tasks within agreed timescales with high workmanship.
• Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, fascia, soffit, downpipes, Boxing of ventilation pipes.
• Internal Works: Stud work, insulation, windowboards, doors.
• Other related works as required.

CBM MUNSTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED requires multiple Plasterers at Rossestown, Thurles Co. Tipperary. The salary range starts from €36.605 (18.05/hr) to €52,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Assist with window and door installations; use hand tools, power tools and equipment safely; prepare and maintain work areas, materials and equipment; load, unload, move and organise construction materials; assist with demolition and preparation works; follow construction drawings, specifications and supervisors' instructions; maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment; follow company health and safety procedures and site regulations; identify and report hazards, defects or issues to site management; work effectively as part of a wider team; complete tasks within agreed timescales while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, Installation of fascia, soffit, and downpipes (including removal of existing), and Boxing of Ventilation pipes. Internal Works: Creating stud work and fitting internal insulation, Fitting windowboards, Cutting and fitting internal doors. Other: Performing other related works as required.
