Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Plant Engineer to provide on-site reliability engineering and maintenance management for utility plant systems. The role involves coordinating with site teams, service providers, and clients to maintain safe, efficient plant operations and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires ensuring compliant maintenance, updating SOPs, and driving RCA investigations to minimize downtime while adhering to EHS

Responsabilités

• Drive reliability engineering and reliability centred maintenance (RCM).
• Identifying, liaising with, and co-ordination of Service Providers and suppliers on site.
• Supervision of Service Providers for all Utility plant maintenance within the contract.
• Liaising with contract team and client to review maintenance programme, and effecting Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures – root cause analysis.
• Updating of utilities related standard operating procedures
• Identifying energy saving schemes, and liaison with site and JLL Energy Engineers.
• Be responsible for his/her training curricula and ensure missing requirements are completed.
