Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a Planning & Capacity Executive to optimise scheduling, forward planning and capacity across our national network. The role suits highly organised, analytical professionals with experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or service operations.

You will drive forward planning, monitor KPIs and collaborate with branches to maximise carer capacity and hours, while supporting annual leave and new homecare package scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working with data, KPIs and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective forward planning and scheduling across the branch network.
  • Monitor capacity, scheduling performance and key operational KPIs.
  • Identify scheduling challenges and work with teams to implement solutions.
  • Support branches to maximise carer capacity and available hours.
  • Drive effective annual leave planning, particularly during peak periods.
  • Support the permanent scheduling of new homecare packages.
  • Train and mentor Care Planners on planning and capacity processes.
  • Analyse trends and support branches with improvement action plans.
  • Prepare weekly management reports and presentations.
  • Support projects, process improvements and operational initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Recruitment, Referrals and other teams to support business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or service operations.

What You'll Do
