Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a Plan Excellence Data Manager to drive data governance and planning data integrity within the PEx organization. The role involves SAP and SQL expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of master data initiatives.

The position requires 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. A flex role with on-site presence three days per week is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong SQL experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP planning modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Self-motivated with team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on SAP and OMP planning data; drive data governance and accuracy.
• Lead reviews with Plan teams to ensure master data integrity.
• Understand data rules and how they drive planning signals and system performance.
• Maintain plan master data across systems for consistency and compliance.
• Develop tools for automating data calculations and analyses to streamline reviews.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT and PEx teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, automation, and efficiency.
