Job summary

Aureol Global Connections seeks an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to supervise and coordinate field crews on industrial construction projects in Ireland. You will plan, lay out, assign, and inspect piping installation and fabrication work.

Read and interpret P&IDs and isometric drawings, ensure installation matches drawings and codes, coordinate manpower and materials, and enforce safety on site. Experience of 5–10+ years and foreman/supervisor roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of pipefitting experience in industrial or large-scale construction.
• Previous experience as Pipefitter Foreman/Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of piping fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometric drawings, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, valves, supports, and installation methods.
• Knowledge of applicable piping, construction, and safety codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in demanding construction environments when required.
• Relevant trade certifications are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pipefitters, welders, helpers, and other assigned personnel.
• Plan, lay out, assign, and inspect piping installation and fabrication work.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, blueprints, specifications, and piping plans.
• Ensure piping is installed according to drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and daily work activities.
• Inspect pipe, fittings, valves, supports, and completed installations.
• Monitor pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, flushing, and system completion activities as applicable.
• Troubleshoot field problems and coordinate solutions with engineering and other trades.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, permits, and site rules.
• Monitor productivity, work progress, labor hours, and project schedules.
• Train and guide pipefitters and junior personnel.
• Coordinate work with welding, electrical, civil, HVAC, insulation, and other construction teams.
