Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking four experienced Pipefitter Chargehands to lead our skilled team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. In this supervisory role, you will oversee pipefitting work on diverse projects, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met.

You will guide the team, manage project timelines, review drawings, allocate resources, and coordinate with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or chargehand role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Pipefitters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations
• Plan and coordinate piping installation activities based on project specifications and deadlines
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements and resource allocation
• Perform hands-on pipefitting work as needed while overseeing team operations
• Inspect completed installations for quality and compliance with industry standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, implementing safety measures and practices
• Provide regular training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance

• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipefitting.
