• DPT degree from CAPTE-accredited program (or MSPT/MPT/BPT).
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.

At H2 Health, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while providing individualized, evidence-based care. Our clinicians treat orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, balance and vestibular impairments, and mobility-related challenges. Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive Compensation: $82,000 - $90,000 annually.
