Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Sandyford clinic in Dublin. The role involves blood collection, data entry into PIS, and ensuring accurate records while maintaining professionalism at offsite events.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong IT skills, excellent communication, and flexibility to work across Dublin clinics, including weekends as the rota requires.

Qualifications

• Previous Phlebotomy experience and a certificate or equivalent training.
• Confident using IT programmes and data entry in PIS.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least monthly.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection and data entry into PIS.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at the private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Help with reception, front of house, and other administrative duties.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems and daily tasks.
