Job summary

PharmacyStore in Limerick is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time on-site role. The position focuses on patient care, dispensing accuracy, stock control and delivering excellent customer service within a community pharmacy group.

Responsibilities cover applying pharmacy laws and PSI regulations, maintaining records, assisting in OTC sales, and collaborating with the pharmacist to manage prescriptions and schemes. Irish-owned group with growing stores.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician qualification preferred.
• Pharmacy: 3+ years' experience required.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understands pharmacy practices, procedures and dispensing laws and ethics.
• Maintain stock control and ensure correct paperwork and records.
• Provide OTC medicines and advise customers with pharmacist support as needed.
• Ensure dispensing accuracy and minimising errors in the process.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when needed.
• Support training and development and collaborate with team members.
