Job summary

PharmacyStore is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team in Limerick City. You’ll be at the heart of our front of shop, welcoming customers and ensuring an excellent experience.

Role involves providing friendly service, working with the pharmacy team, managing stock, and promoting services both in-store and online. Previous retail or pharmacy experience is essential; we offer a supportive team and ongoing training.

• Interest in merchandising and promoting services creatively.

About the role

As one of the busiest community pharmacies in the area, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our front of shop, welcoming customers, helping them find what they need, and ensuring everyone receives an excellent experience.

Your role will include:

• Providing friendly, helpful service and building positive relationships with customers
• Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Managing stock and supporting merchandising to keep the shop looking its best
• Developing strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers
• Helping to highlight our pharmacy services, both in-store and through social media
