Job summary

PharmacyStore Ireland in Limerick City is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy. You will be at the heart of the front of shop, greeting customers, guiding them to products, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

We value teamwork in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding customer service, building product knowledge, and supporting stock and merchandising. You’ll also promote our pharmacy services in-store and via social channels.

Qualifications

• Retail or pharmacy front-of-shop experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Interest in merchandising and promoting services creatively.

Pharmacy Counter Assistant - Limerick City

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team in Limerick City.

About The Role

As one of the busiest community pharmacies in the area, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our front of shop, welcoming customers, helping them find what they need, and ensuring everyone receives an excellent experience.

Your role will include:

• Providing friendly, helpful service and building positive relationships with customers
• Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Managing stock and supporting merchandising to keep the shop looking its best
• Developing strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers
• Helping to highlight our pharmacy services, both in-store and through social media

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have retail or pharmacy front of shop experience (essential)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service
• Have a keen interest in merchandising and promoting services creatively
• An OTC qualification is desirable
