Job summary

Lex Consultancy is seeking an Administrator to join the Pharmacovigilance team within a regulatory body in Dublin 2. The role involves providing administrative support and processing adverse event reports to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position is hybrid, with 2 days onsite per week, offering a salary of €31,934 per annum and 22 days of annual leave. The contract is a 2-year fixed-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an administrative or office-based role.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with Outlook and Teams.
• Experience using databases and data-entry systems.
• Experience handling confidential information and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Pharmacovigilance team.
• Process and maintain adverse reaction and adverse event reports.
• Enter and update case information on internal databases.
• Support the electronic reporting of safety cases to regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• Assist with document management, filing, archiving and case reconciliation.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and maintain case trackers.
• Prepare correspondence and acknowledgement letters.
• Manage queries and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and meeting coordination.
