Job summary

McArdle Skeath Limited in Ireland seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead pharmaceutical warehousing operations cross-functionally, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient service delivery. You will manage a sizeable team, oversee receiving, storage, dispatch, and value-added services, and act as the senior contact for customers while upholding GDP/GMP standards.

The role requires five+ years' leadership in warehousing or pharma, strong KPI management, experience with WMS and reporting tools,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership in warehousing, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience managing sizeable teams through supervisors.
• Strong KPI management and reporting skills; knowledge of GDP/GMP.
• Experience supporting audits, CAPAs and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a warehouse management team.
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient pharmaceutical warehousing.
• Manage budgeting, labour, and costs; monitor P&L performance.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfilment, returns and dispatch.
• Deliver customer SLAs through capacity planning and process controls.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Transport, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Present operational and financial performance to leadership.
