Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer for a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at their Dublin site. You will lead daily production and dispatch activities, ensuring KPIs are met and that safety and quality standards are upheld.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will plan production, drive continuous improvement, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. A strong pharma background and proven people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in production management from a pharma background.
• Excellent people management experience.
• Strong track record of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.
• Proven planning and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead and manage staff, ensuring efficient daily production and dispatch processes.
• Implement production plans as set by/alongside the Production Manager.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure close attention to detail to ensure high quality manufacturing.
