PE Global is recruiting a QC Planner for a leading multinational pharmaceutical client based in Sligo, Ireland. This is a contract position.

The QC Planner will manage the planning and control of testing schedules for manufactured products, incoming goods and utilities, including non-routine testing such as process validation and customer complaint testing. Responsibilities include coordinating with API, Drug Product, QA and QC teams to ensure timely testing and release of results, chairing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related science.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating QA, QC and manufacturing teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan and control testing schedules for all manufactured products, incoming goods and utilities monitoring.
• Prepare short-term and long-term QC testing schedules including non-routine testing needs.
• Coordinate with API, Drug Product, QA to ensure timely testing for product.
• Coordinate with QC management and testing teams to ensure timely release of results for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Attend and represent QC at daily/weekly Site meetings and key scheduling discussions.
• Host and chair weekly QC scheduling meetings and develop testing schedules with QC team and site stakeholders.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure adequate instrument availability to support schedules.
• Analyze data with Opex for improvements and monitor schedule adherence.
