Job summary

Maxi Zoo Ireland Ltd is seeking a Supervisor for our Tallaght Arena store. You will engage customers with personalised advice, maintain a welcoming store environment, and support the sales team as a keyholder, while upholding store standards and product knowledge.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, effective inventory management, and leading by example to ensure our pet-loving team creates a memorable shopping experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder.
• A genuine love for animals and passion for great customer care.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement - Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and maintain a welcoming, tidy store environment.
• Merchandising and Inventory - Ensure shelves are stocked with full product availability to minimise discrepancies and keep high inventory quality.
• Team Champion - Support the Store Manager, inspire and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder with product knowledge and open communication.
• Band Integrity - Achieve targets while keeping the pets' needs at the forefront of everything we do.
