Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement - provide personalised advice and maintain a welcoming, tidy store environment.
• Merchandising and Inventory - keep shelves stocked and ensure product availability to minimise discrepancies.
• Team Champion - work closely with the Store Manager, mentor the sales team and share product knowledge.
• Band Integrity - maintain store standards and meet targets with a customer-first focus.
